The room cleaning was inconsistent during our stay. There were days when the floors were obviously dirty and needed mopping. Also, the service at the pool was lacking when Robert was off, making it difficult to get refreshments.

Just spent 5 nights in a stylish Marcel Wanders room, and the beachside views were incredible! I loved unwinding at the outdoor pool and enjoyed a relaxing massage at the spa. If I had to nitpick, the room cleaning could’ve been a bit more consistent, but it didn’t ruin our fantastic stay! 🌴

The small public beach near the hotel felt overcrowded with just 20 sunbeds, making it tricky to find a spot unless you wake up early. I found the air conditioning in my room lacking, struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the breakfast service faced disorganization, with long waits and incorrect orders being common, diminishing the experience after such a promising start. Notably, the elevators were painfully slow, which became frustrating during peak times.

However, I encountered issues with room service. I ordered champagne, but nobody picked up the order. The wait for breakfast was frustrating. I waited too long for my eggs Benedict, and when it arrived, it was cold. Another problem was the valet parking situation. my car was left on the street despite paying for secure parking. This felt dishonest. Despite the lovely room and great staff, the service needs improvement to align with the hotel's luxurious image.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

Exceptional staff made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. The location near a charming beach offered stunning views, and the restaurant had an incredible variety of delicious dishes. Breakfast was particularly excellent.

Service was slow at peak times, leading to delays and frustrations during busy hours. Additionally, the prices for food and drinks felt excessively high compared to similar establishments, detracting from the overall experience.
